Chris Martin

Chris Martin has 20 years of experience in the financial services sectors, bringing together a wealth of hands-on knowledge in operations, compliance, sales, trading, and administration. Before founding Greywolf, Chris was an institutional block sales trader with Fortis Clearing Americas. Prior to joining Fortis, Chris held a series of institutional sales and trading positions with DLJ, Cantor Fitzgerald and Cowen. He also was a Principal at First Albany, as well as serving as that firm’s Co-Head of Block Trading Desk. Chris began his career on Wall Street with U.S. Trust Company as a Mutual Fund Administrator. He holds Series 7, 24, 55, and 63 licenses. He graduated from Binghamton University with a BA in Economics.

Dan Trimble

Dan Trimble, Member NYSE since 2001. Prior to Greywolf, Dan was an institutional floor broker for Fortis Clearing Americas and Citigroup. He began his Wall Street career as a specialist clerk with MJ Meehan. Dan is on the Board of Directors for Watchung Hills Pop Warner, as well as a coach. He graduated in 1989 from Saint Leo University with a BA in Business Administration.

Mark Newton, CMT

Mark Newton, Chief Technical Analyst, has more than 20 years of buy and sell-side experience in the financial services industry. He formerly worked with Diamondback Capital Management, where he served as a technical analyst and portfolio manager, and prior to that, with Morgan Stanley in New York City as their technical strategist. Before moving to the New York City area in 2004, Mark traded equity options as a market maker/floor trader at the CBOE, and worked in risk management. Mark is a member of the Market Technicians Association, and former member of the CBOE, CBOT, and PHLX. He graduated with a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech in 1991 and obtained his Chartered Market Technician designation in 2002. His expertise is primarily in using advanced methods of technical analysis to identify stocks, commodities, and currencies with above-average risk/reward characteristics that can maximize returns and minimize risk. In addition to employing standard technical tools to identify trend duration, relative strength, and momentum, Newton utilizes counter-trend analysis to identify potential trend exhaustion and reversals of trend. He appears frequently on CNBC’s The Closing Bell, and Squawk on the Street.

Paul Davis

Paul Davis joined Greywolf in February, 2009 as a Sales Trader. Prior to joining the Greywolf team, Paul was a sales trader with Fortis Clearing Americas, Bear Stearns & Co., and Brean Murray & Co. Before that, Paul was a Specialist Clerk with Spear, Leeds & Kellogg. He holds Series 7, 24, 55, 63, and 14 licenses. Paul graduated from Temple University with a BA in Political Science and is a Member of the NASP (National Association of Securities Professionals).

Timothy D. Nick

Timothy D. Nick has nearly a quarter of a century of NYSE trading experience. During his career, Tim was a Managing Director at Bear Wagner Specialists and an institutional broker at A.W. Bertsch Inc. Tim is a former NYSE Floor Official and is on the Board of the Floor Members Emergency Fund. Tim received his undergraduate Bachelors from Fairfield University.

Mark Puetzer

Mark Puetzer joined Greywolf in August 2012 bringing with him two decades of experience within the financial industry. During his career, he helped establish the Direct Access business at Z & Z Securities, previously a member firm on the NYSE, where his roles included being both a sales trader and the firms compliance officer. In addition to having a keen understanding of the markets, Marks areas of strength include being able to identify customer needs and respond accordingly. Mark graduated from Fairfield University in 1989 with a BA with a concentration in Finance.

Charles F. Jenness

Charles F. Jenness, a veteran of the United States Army, has worked as an NYSE specialist with Bear Stearns, JP Morgan and Barclays Capital for ten years, becoming one of the youngest individuals to be promoted to NYSE specialist.
